Self-care that actually holds.

Grounded in research. Built on clinical practice. Designed for your real life.

Most self-care advice is general. It tells you what to do without accounting for where you actually are, what your nervous system is doing, what you believe about your own worth, or what your real life will allow. That is why it does not last. Self-Care with Myra is different. Every resource, every tool, and every consulting engagement is grounded in the 5 Bs Framework, a research-informed, clinically developed approach to sustainable self-care across five foundational dimensions. It was built to meet you where you are and give you something that actually holds.
— Myra Wilkinson, PhD, LMFT-S

The 5 Bs Framework

Five dimensions. One honest starting point.

Five cards — one per pillar:

Breath — Your most immediate pathway back to regulation. Before anything else can hold, this has to come first.

Boundaries — An agreement you make with yourself before anyone else. Internal clarity comes before any external limit can hold.

Belonging — Belonging begins with belonging to yourself. A genuine connection starts from the inside.

Balance — An active, ongoing negotiation between your needs and your responsibilities. You deserve to be on your own list.

Belief — The ground beneath all self-care. What you believe about your own worth shapes every act of care you allow yourself.
